geez. long time, no blog.

where to start?

march 8th came and went. the temple was....good. the first time is not the best, that's all i'm going to say. it's simply overwhelming. the first time, there is a lot to learn and most of my family was there, which actually made me very nervous. however, it was AWESOME to have all of my family in the celestial room with me at the end. THAT's when i started crying. too much to handle!  i went again last friday for the second time and it was SO good. the second time was amazing. so, advice to future first-timers: don't freak about the first time. it all goes uphill from there! also, i lost the key to my locker on the first day, which was apparently a wonder to the temple workers. it took about 20 of them to come and help me (or to stare at the locker, which i had apparently locked magically...). it wouldn't be special if i didn't do something weird like that!

last weekend, i went to rexburg. oh, there's no place like it. it's basically like the celestial kingdom to me. that's really all i can say about it. good friends, good food (taco bus at every meal), and good laughs.
